Ranfurlie was born in 2012 to develop and operate retail and commercial properties within new and established residential developments.

With community at its heart, Ranfurlie has vast experience in developing and managing an array of retail and commercial properties spanning mixed use, large format, office and entertainment.

William J. Stevens

Chairman

Bill has enjoyed a broad career in Australia and internationally. He is a former Partner with KPMG and brings to the Board experience working in a wide range of industries across national and international business environments, with a particular focus on Accounting and Finance, Audit and Risk Governance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and since 2005 has been a Director and Chairman, in both the public and private sector. Bill joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in 2008, and in 2017 assumed the role of Chairman

Mark Wilson

Director

Mark commenced as CEO of Ranfurlie Asset Management in May 2016. Possessing extensive experience and knowledge in the management and development of Australian shopping centres, which he has gained through senior executive roles in listed retail management companies both in Australia and the USA. Mark leads the retail and commercial activities, which operate under the Ranfurlie Asset Management brand.

Marshall Dennis

Marshall is the Director from the Dennis Family Corporation responsible for the Dennis family’s retail and commercial  development unit, being Ranfurlie Asset Management. He is active within the business as a non-executive director for the private property trust. Marshall holds a Diploma of Applied Science – Agriculture and currently also manages substantial farming activities within Victoria on behalf of the family.

Robyn Stubbs

Robyn is a Board Director and Executive Coach, working across the commercial, government and not-for-profit sectors.  She has valuable operational experience in property leasing, sales and marketing, strategy and new product development having spent more than 25 years in senior sales and marketing roles in the media and property sectors. Most recently, Robyn was General Manager of Retail Leasing at Stockland and prior to this she held property management, sales and marketing roles at Lend Lease, Fairfax, Network Ten and Unilever. Robyn is currently a non-executive director of Brickworks Limited, Aventus Group Limited and InvoCare Limited.

Peter Inge

Peter is the Joint Managing Director of The Zig Inge Group, which was one of Australia’s largest and longest running retirement village businesses and is now a multi-faceted investment and operational business. Having practised law for over 20 years, Peter is presently a senior consultant with Perry Maddocks Trollope Lawyers and a Principal of Claremont Migration, a migration advisory business specialising in employer sponsored visas and pro bono refugee protection visas. Peter is also involved in a variety of philanthropic pursuits through his role as a Director of the Zig Inge Foundation and as a Director of the Property Industry Foundation (PIF).
