Ranfurlie Asset Management has responded to the continued growth of Melbourne’s western corridor, with the announcement of development approval for a new 13,500 sqm Bunnings Warehouse along with ancillary uses including large format retail and restaurants.

The proposed Bunnings Warehouse is to be located adjacent to the Manor Lakes Central Shopping Centre, between Armstrong Road and Ballan Road, Manor Lakes and will cement the precinct as a key retail and lifestyle asset for the area.
